At Snuggs Egypt, we want you to feel as comfortable as our fabrics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
Quality Inspection
Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original Snuggs tags still attached.
Courier Pickup
Once approved, we will dispatch a courier to your doorstep within 3-5 business days to collect the package.
Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting the items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or as store credit.
