How long does shipping take within Egypt?
We offer fast nationwide delivery. Orders within Cairo and Giza typically arrive within 2-3 business days, while other governorates may take 4-6 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like undergarments cannot be returned.
What payment methods do you accept?
